Today, we had done 4 different kinds of experiments. They are destilation, melting butter, melting chocolate, and boling water. My group did the melting chocolate experiment. We need to fill in the paperwork, in the paperwork we need to write the aim, tools, experiment, hypotesis, observation and conclusion. The aim of the experiment: changing state of chocolate. the tools are: chocolate, 100 ml beaker glass, 500 ml beaker glass, small cup, thermometer, stove and a clamp. the steps are: 1. prepare the stuff up! (put the small cup inside the 500 ml beaker glass, and the 100 ml beaker glass too. Put the chocolate inside the 100 ml beaker glass, put the clamp around the 100 ml beaker glass, put the thermometer inside the 500 ml beaker glass) 2. Watch the chocolate. 3. Take the chocolate inside the 100 ml beaker glass. Hypothesis: the chocolate will melt soon, because the water is very hot. observations: 1. no bubbles. 2. There's bubbles.(first, 24 C) 3. It melt and there is gas. (melt in 86 C) conclusion: the chocolate melt when the water temperature id 86 C!
