we learned a lot about boiling water and the water's boiling point! We just found out that the water's boiling point is in 100 c. we also found out about someting else...... checkey-checky!
observation:
- at first, the water isn't hot at all
- the water is getting hotter and the bubbles are comming uo to the surface
- the bubbles are getting manier and moving faster
- finally, it reaches the boiling point, 95 c. it wasn't 100 because the water has been contaminated by the rocks and soil or chalk in the nature so it can incerease or dicrease by 5 c....
Aim:
to find the boiling point of water and to know how normal water turns to boiled water.

By doing this experiment we learned that
-the water will start to bubble at 70 degrees celcius
It will start to smoke at 85 degrees.
It will boil at 100 degree celcius.
We learned te boiling point of water and the proccess.
Our aim is to find out how the water boil and how water boils. Pak Hafidz also told us about how the water boils in more detail and more details about water, yay
We got a lot of knowledge doing this experiment

Today, we had done4 different kinds of experiments. They are destilation, melting butter, melting chocolate, and boling water. My group got the boiling water experiment. In the report paper, we need to fill in the aim, tools and materials, steps, hypothesis, observation, and conclusion. In this experiment, our aim is to know the steps of boiling water. The materials that we needed are hotplate, glass beaker, thermometer, and water. First we need to pour the water to the glass beaker and out the beaker above the hotplate. Then turn on the hotplate until its highest heat. After that, we need to hang the thermometer. We have to wait and observe what is going on to the water when starting to boil. we wait and wait unitl the temperature of water is 100 degrees Celsius.(boiling water). A you can see, gas and dews strated to appear. And then not long after that, bubbles will also appear. The bubbles are getting bigger and bigger when the temperature rises. I really liked this experiments. Thanks to all the teachers who guided us in doing this experiement!!! :D

ReplyDeletewe did 4 experiments, we did distillation, boiling water, melting chocolate and melting butter. i did the boiling water experiment. our group have to find the aim, tools and materials, steps, hypothesis, observation and conclusion, and we have to write on a paper. to do this experiment he have to use water beaker, hot plate, water and thermometer.we observed the water beaker until it boils. we have to wait until it is 100 degrees Celsius. if the heat of the water is rising it will make more and more bubbles and the bubbles are also getting bigger.i like doing this experiment because we can experience to do an experiment like this, this also very interesting and it was fun too ! :D XP

ReplyDeleteToday we did 4 experiment distillition , melting butter , melting choclate and boiling water. Our group must find that aim , materials , steps , observation , hypnothesis and conclusion and even we need to draw the picture for the observation. We also need to wait until it boil and wait until 95 degree celsius and it is too hot to touch. All we need it is a thermometer , hot plate , 1 litre glass. We need to wait until 95 degree celsius because the water is tap water. If already around 80 degree celsius the bubble start comin out when it got more higher tempreature , the bubble is going to be bigger and bigger. And the expertiment is fun too :D.
