We had a mini concert with our school band...they were singing few songs....from classic, instrumental, jazz, indonesian national song and a surprise song that made by 1 of the band member (Samudera). We learned that different songs have different meaning and purpose...create different atmosphere and feeling and thoughts. It's great to know that we have this opportunity to learn much more how to express our feelings and thoughts through music!

ReplyDeleteYear 10 Concert yesterday make me very happy.. I enjoy it so much.. It was in the multifuntion room where they do their mini concert.. There are Febby, Felicia, Felix, Danur, Bernadi/Barney, and Samudra from year 10.. Ko Samudra's job is to sing.. There is also Ko Felix that sing a little also like Ko Danur which also do some technition and sing.. Next, there is also Ci Febby that play the electric guitar and bass guitar + sing a little bit.. Ko Bernadi/Barney only play electric giutar and bass guitar.. For Ci Felicia,,, she play flute, keyboard and a little bit of singing.. They are all very talented.. The first thing they do is represent themself, then Ci Felicia play with her flute that is duet for flute, and it is a classic song which the tempo is slow and she felt peace and happy.. The next song is Cantaloupe island that is a jazz song with medium tempo, happy when they played it and it is an instrumental song.. The next song is I'm Yours that is a R'N'B song with medium tempo,felt happy when they play it and it is a band formation.. The 4th song is Lucky that is a pop song with medium tempo, felt happy when they play it and it is also a band formation.. The last song is Indonesia Pusaka that is a peace song, slow, and it is lagu national.. Then, Ko Samudra sing his own song.. The xtittle is Hey There! thnat is a peace song and have a medium tempo.. We like it so much..He said that the song is all about the street children that he saw and bla,bla,bla,.bla,bla,(the story went on and on)..I know that the difference between male sound and female sound is totally different.. the male sound is heavy and low... the female sound is high and soft.. They play it well and with readyness enough to be performed to yaer 5L and year 5A. I like all the songs that they had play it for us..i like it.. hahahihihuhuhehehoho:D

The band in year 10 and year 9 is good and they play many song and i have a happy feeling when hearing the song and i know that year 10 and year 9 practice hard to present to the whole y5 . They wanted to present to year 5 only because our unit now is "Music" so year 9 and year 10 present the band to the whole y5 only and they all present it cooperatively.

the band was very entertaining and the singers or the musicians played the instruments and sang really well.. they sang/played classic, instrumental, jazz, pop, indonesian national song and a surprise song. i learned that music can effect our feelings and can express our feelings with songs and different types of music.

This concert was so cool and entertaining.All of the song are good some of the tempo are slow,medium and fast but all of those songs are good and they play different instrument.There were type of song one of them are Jazz song.

I really enjoyed thyis concert. I leanred about many different kinds of music and how people play instruments. I also learned a lot about music now because of the concert. Thanks to year 7, 9, and 10, i am now more knowledgeble about music...

ReplyDeleteVery nice the year 10 concert is very comfortable. I already know some songs tough but I also didn't know some song. Now I learned more about how music triggers different feeling6s and that we can express our feelings for music. From my perspective, I think that they are well prepared and I realized that this is one of the fun ways to learn about music

bass: used for suppoting the drum and has deeper sound,,, it has 4 strings. the string is thicker than the electric guitar.....
the difference between male voice and female voice is,,,
male:depper sound and it sounds like bass guitar
female: softer and higher than the male's voice

They play a music for us because our unit name is Music so they only play it for us.They also play alot of instruments together and they play alot of song and we don't only see the concert we also interview and answer the answers in the paper given and we must right the answer in I.S. book and the year 10 and 9 concert were fun and I enjoy it Brandon
